It seems that you can still get it, i don't know where that message is, but i still see the form, or is it when you submit the form? [ if its like that then it doesn't really make much sense ]

The message is there when you click the link in the op.

The op? Whats that? Can you not just give me the link? I cant see it http://www.epson.co.uk/4000sample/ When i requested yesterday they gave me my reference number, so it should be ok shouldn't it?

If you have already ordered and been given a reference number you should be fine.

The link is the one that you have just posted. When you click on it now, you get the message that the service is temporarily unavailable.

I just thought I let you know that although the link appears to have been disabled, you can still register for this free sample if you go to https://www.epson.co.uk and type "sample" in the search box on the right hand side of the page. It will take you to a series of matching links and if you just click on the top one it will direct you to the registration page where you can apply for this freebie!
They probably do not want people just using the link merely for the sample but it is definitely working since I got my print yesterday (fab!)
So I don't think is temporarily unavailable just a bit harder to find :j
