Have you checked the quality?? I would only recommend known brands and i'm not talking about weider ::) as it's been cack for a long time... if you know of any good prices for prolab, reflex, eas products post them here! i get it all at my gym for the best price but online i think https://www.affordablesupplements.co.uk or something like that is the best. they are based in manchester, unfortunately for them ;D0

yes I have tried several of their products and they are top notch (and good prices). Also well packed and quick delivery.
https://www.sports-supplements is worth a look although it doesn't have a very good search facility for individual products.0 -
check out your local GNC they have half price on all met rx products and if your a member you get a discount of 20% on all purchases which is good too, but thanks for the tip nice one0

i use Optimum Nutrition's 100% Whey Protein
it is the best i have found, the chocolate actualy tastes of chocolate unlike metrex and most other brands.
the down side is you will be waiting about 3 weeks for ir if you order where i order from although cost wise it is also one of the best i have found.

i used GNC a lot when i started training about 7 years ago but since my needs changed/ refined i found my local gym better as they look after me pretty well, in exchange for a bit of banter, but it all depends if your gym gets good rates.0
