what do people get out of doing thisEx forum ambassador
Long term forum member0 -
people like this are a pain I have
people with -1 or more blocked from bidding
in my preferences.
I do think though that when your
feedback goes into a minus you
should be automaticly thrown off
there have been people in the past
who have been worse than this.:j:j:j0 -
Thats awful. Looks like I might lose my 100% feedback in the near future due to idiots like this.0

Whats ebay turning into. They need to get a life or get a hobby!0

I think this is going to happen quite a lot over this weekend, just random people thinking it will be a bit of a laugh to ruin seller's ratings.
Idiots like that should be banned from accessing the internet.0 -
I have just listed a batch of Buy It Now items and am thinking that I will change my preferences to the immediate payment option. I can see people going on an auction wrecking spree just to leave bad feedback for kicks. :mad:0

I've put my shop holiday settings on for the next few days.
It's not that I am being a wuss, it's just that I have a lot on plate outside of eBay, and can not be doing with the hassle or worry for the next few days!
I've said many times before that I have every confidence in my own abilities to provide a sterling level of customer service, however what I can not do is predict which, if any, of my buyers are TSFE or just plain malicious.
After speaking to my account manager, I was given a special option though....<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

But a seller has left negative feedback as well.

Looks like the rule changes are not retrospective.
Storing up the feedback was a waste of time. The reality is it's a 0 feedback buyer who could have done exactly the same thing last week, because their 0 feedback account is throw-away, worthless.
If you can find an established user doing this it might mean something. (but I think they won't be able to other than for new transactions)0 -
So, the first day and we can immadiately point out to the pinks that they were wrong. However, I can imagine that their answer will be that as this buyer can be reported for malicious feedback and probably suspended it will all be OK in the long run.
My fear all along though is that while those poor sellers wait to get this buyer suspended they may well have already triggered the 'bottom 5% of sellers ' rule and been temporarily suspended.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
