That lot is unlikely to get pulled by ebay either as it is not so clear cut that it is purely malicious.

Oh happy days..my buyer still hasn't negged me but then I can still leave non positives so she might be waiting until my ability to leave her a neg is turned off.

I'm really scared of getting lots of bad feedback now I have 848 feedbacks, 2 of which are negative, but I can see myself having alot more negs by the end of the month. Nice to know we can maybe get them removed though, it just seems like alot of hassle

so just to confirm, I will prob be placing a NPB dispute tomorrow morning if no payment rec'd tonight, so I can't neg her and warn others that she is a NPB but she could if she wanted neg me for opening a dispute against her and I could't do B all about it???

Surely the other buyer going on a neg spree will get pulled as if they do an item not received dispute for so many items ebay/paypal hve to look at this as it is maybe?! a fraudulent buyer.

The RM are looking into people who claim for items not received adn if they have more than three then their address is flagged and checked, so maybe we do stand a chance through the RM!!

I am not a seller on Ebay, can you tell me if you can set a high limit for people allowed to bid, say they have to have a 90% buying rating and no negative score.

If so every seller should set it high, that would upset Ebay as the sales would go down but more importantly no one gets stuffed by a bad report.

Just and idea.

The above #29 is truly appaling it is not the sellers fault surely there has to be some form of appeal, as that is the sort of thing that kills a seller and that is not what ebay want is it?
Ebay should email the idiot and explain the new feedback system in words of one syllable!!

The more negs and neuts the better for ebay, the flood of these combined with only using 12 months will get plenty of powersellers under 98% or whatever the threshold for powersellers status is.

Fewer powersellers = more fees for ebay.

Clearly there's more profit to be had from a smaller number of huge volume and well organised sellers than lots of the little people.
