I have had the same issues as everyone else.
Since CreditExpert have updated there website it shows wrong information, one day it shows it right the next day wrong.
I would say if anyone is still having problems at the end of next week to report it to them and see what can be done

  • I have noticed that it doesnt seem to have the option to allow you to query info on your report online as the old system used to, anyone noticed this or is it just me

I have reported the issue with the account in credit now showing zero balances and they are hoping to have it fixed early next week. I also pointed out I did not think the calculations on the summary screen were correct, but they replied stating they were.

I could only report what I knew was wrong from my own report, however, they know this thread is here and I believe there might be a wee bit of pass the parcel on Monday as to who is to blame internally at the moment as the number of errors being pointed out increases.

I have worked as a coder on some very expensive IT projects and when the **** hits the fan you dont want to be anywhere near the room it has kicked off in. If you have ever read any of Scott Adams Dilbert cartoons you will have an insight in to it, mind you really need to have been there to truely appreciate the humour.

A man after my own heart, I know what you mean, I work as an IT Support Engineer looking after a network and several hundred machines plugged into it, unofficially I write custom business applications for the company and I know how buggy applications can be at a beta release.
Since when has the world of computer software design been about what people want? This is a simple question of evolution. The day is quickly coming when every knee will bow down to a silicon fist, and you will all beg your binary gods for mercy.

    Cheers.

It can be both a very rewarding thing to work at especially when you finally get your apps working and locating a well hidden problem in a network (although the last part is mainly second hand information as I sort of got passed by by the Novell and Cisco revolution), I just find the managers who dont know anything about IT but pretend they do i.e. the pointy haired boss in the Dilbert cartoon are more frustrating in real life than they are as funny in the guy's cartoons at least until I get to the pub on a Friday afternoon.

    Hi there

I just had a quick look at it and if you click on the "information centre" tab at the top of the webpage when viewing your report, on the screen that appears there is a box at the bottom to get access to the knowledge database or to submit a question to their experts.

    Hope this helps.
