I really like the new report...it looks good and is quite helpful. If you order a credit score then it tells you where you are going wrong and how to make things better!
Loan-£3600 only 24 months of payments to go!!!
All debt consolodated and cards destroyed!!
As D'Ream would sing 'Things.....can only get better'!!!

Yes but it is no longer in real time, like Equifax you are limited to one report per day, no good if you are checking after applications to see which lender has searched which report.

I found it interesting on the new summary page that it counts how many times your file has been searched in terms of 3 months and 12 months. Does this mean that searches only affect your credit score (lender wise) for 3 months instead of the 6 months that's been spoken about. (I'm aware they stay on the report for 12 months)

How can your report have been viewed 87 times in the last 3 months but only 29 times in total over the last year? It does not add up.

Maybe it is a statistic? I am not sure, time to cool off a bit now though, hasn't helped my score.

 The Project Manager who was responsible for the programming team that wrote the code for the new site will be having kittens if he or she is reading this.

The back office system couldn’t have changed much, I think they have only changed the front end i.e. web interface, looks good but all of the business logic should be on the database server, who knows what quirky setup they have, but the fact that they have stopped real time reporting is bad.
