confused: at what point did he leave that there?
Must have been while he was here... it wasn't there when I drove back from the Post Office on Friday. I reckon he left with 'all his stuff', then realised he still had the key and therefore elected to put it on my car (in full view of anyone passing).

More like placed it with the hopes someone would spot it and take it. Or really didn't want to speak to you just in case you were brave enough to mention the mess and damage in the room.

I bet his parents chucked him out in the first place! Probably glad they don't have to bother with him anymore!

  • Badger_Lady there's a whole world of difference in believing that you're a fair and decent person who tries to treat other people fairly and letting them disrespect you in such a profound way. I would not be schlepping anyone's filthy bloody ket under such circumstances. He's had so very many opportunities to try and be sensible and decent himself and now he's stuffed it in my opinion. Tell him your plans have changed and you can't deliver them. That he has 24 hours or they will be on the doorstep !!!!!!

Get the ex-lodger's remaining belongings out of her house with minimum fuss, and hand deliver the bill for monies owed, or let this silly saga drag on?

Edit: B-L is a sensible woman. Trust her on this.:)

OK well everything's in the front garden now - it's up to you whether you take it or not. If it gets wet I'll bin it. x
