I agree that selling them should be banned, if they can't take the holiday then offer it on again to someone who can. And why apply for a competition for a holiday anyway if they can't take it?

There is holidays for sale on Ebay, at least 3, which may be these wins.New ones as well, not there yesterday, I don't think.
