Just placed an order over the phone and it was confirmed that my order total was just under £20 with the discount code. Wasn't working online for some reason!

sorry if being daft, tried to buy a pair of runners
£24 the code showed up ok but when i went to the credit card bit it came up full price again.
is this waht everyone is talking about then they credit it back to you ?

that is what happened to me! no discount was taken off so I called them, said that I had applied the voucher but no discount was taken off, so they told me to ring them when I received the order and they would credit me back the discount! hopefully they will follow it through and not refuse once I have received the item!0 -
I have tried a number of codes with them and they always refund the discount code amount later - if not, a quick call does the job. I shall wait and see if the same happens with todays order!
