Hey Edge21 I think there must be a minimum spend because my order for 14.99 went through after I tried ordering something of £9.99 and got the message "voucher rules not met"... you will need to order something a bit more expensive if you want to use voucher...

Received my order today - a Sloggi Bra. Very quick delivery, only ordered it on Saturday. However the despatch order showed full price as did my account when I logged on. Phoned them and they said they would credit my account and sort it out. They already deducted £17 from my account when it should have been £4.00.

I think the min. order may be £13.50 - because the discount comes off as £13.50 before the delivery is added - I've ordered £14.99 and it goes through ok - total to pay £4.99 - but tried first with an order for £12.99 and got the 'Sorry, the above promotion(s) is not applicable to your order. Voucher rules not met'.

I placed an order tonight using one of the codes and got a confirmation email within about 20 minutes.

the £3.50 delivery fee is actually for 24hr delivery...so 24hrs unless notified differently due to stock levels.....

has any one put an order code in twice and been sucessfull to the same address? ie. one order on account... and another paying immediately by card?
