I've just received the item I ordered using the code provided at the start of this thread. Confirmation emails showed the discount but not the dispatch note. Reading through this thread, is this normal then ? Do they charge you the full amount first then credit you later with the discount ? Must get online banking so I can check !

On the " track my order " page on their website it shows the total value of the order , mine is full price with no reductions . Is this usual or have the discounts not been taken off although it was my first order ?

Managed to track down my statement and yes the full amount was originally charged, along with a seperate charge for postage, then the £13.50 was credited the same day. Odd way if you ask me ! Still, I'm not complaining

OH just bought DD a pair of sketcher trainers and a pair of nike trainers for £15 inc delivery :eek: they were already half price in the sale then a further £10 off with free delivery.
