Ordered a pair of trainers that i've wanted for ages but couldn't justify spending £64.00 on. They were reduced to £39.00 and with the £10 off they are £29.00 delivered. Thanks to OP :T :T

I am always charged £3.50 delivery, I never get my order in 24 hours, but I am in Scotland, this might have something to do with it?

I ordered on Saturday with the £13.50 code, got an email straight away, saying order would be with me on Wednesday. I have ordered from them before and the discount did appear on the email, will have to watch out for my invoice make sure the discount is applied.

I received through the post today a discount of 10% off minimum order 75 pounds code XX548.

Finally put in my order! Yep minimum spend of £13.50 (excl P&P) applies on the voucher when using it online.

The voucher tries to take £13.50 off the product price, NOT the P&P, so if you're ordering something for £12 (as an example) at the checkout it will try and do £12 minus £13.50 = Voucher rules not met :mad: (even though P&P is an extra £3.50)

My orders arrived today, and I checked the bank as it showed as full price on the delivery slip. They had taken the full amount plus p&p, but then refunded me 2x £13.50 :T

Warning!!

I have just discovered that if you order from LX and the item is the wrong size you will have to pay for the delivery of the replacement item. (£3.50) unlike Daxon and La Redouche.

I kicked off when the lady told me this and asked to be put through to the supervisor who actually let me off on this occassion but was told that the way around this is to order TWO different sizes and they will collect the item for free and credit you with the cost.

But If you send something back after using the code you keep the £13.50! I found this out when the item I ordered wasn't suitable from CS. The only problem is you can't use that code again since you have already benefited. Nothing to stop you using another code though.
