Have you had a look at www.organizedchristmas .com (May have to check spelling) It's got printable labels for reindeer poo (jars of choc covered raisens) amongst other things. So brilliant! We put aside some cash each month for Christmas. We started late this year (May) but already i've got lots of pressies which should really take the pressure off!
Good luck!

I started buying gifts in January, My other half has a huge family though- 9 brothers and sisters, 2 nans, 1 grandad, 2 nephews, 3 neices, Mum and Dad. Then I have Mum, Dad, and my sister and brother. We have two kids too - aged 6 and 4, so I have a lot of presents to buy for.
I bought loads of smelly sets from the Boots sale and have bought even more from ebay. Most of them are for hampers but some are just a little something for OH's brother's girlfriends etc. I picked up quite a bit in the Play new year sale too. I have got my kids a lot of stuff from ebay as I wouldn't be able to find the stuff in the shops.
I am also a member of HotUKdeals so I have found quite a few bargains from reading their threads.
I got some Bratz stuff from blahdvd the other day which seemed a bargain for my neices, and a special asthma doll (really cute) as 1 of my neices suffers terribly. They had a sale on quite a few toys but you have to pay postage, I think its £1.50 and then £1 for each subsequent item.
I also want to give quite a few handmade items as gifts - box of handmade cards, scrapbooks, decorated notebooks etc. A while ago I had a splurge and bought stuff to make various bath products which I am going to try again. My first attempt at bath bombs was a disaster!0 -

where did you find those little black rubber holders that hold the glasses to the chain? I've had a look all over the crafty haunts near me and no luck, not even trusty Hobbycraft at Bridgmere!0 -

I was thinking about Xmas just this afternoon when I looked in my present box, to see what was in there and could be used for this year!
What I thought about doing (and did 2 years ago, but wasn't organised enough last year) is to get some flower pots and grow bulbs in there. I did hyacinths last time, planted them in October and come Xmas they were perfect! A great present for the ladies!Official DFW Nerd Club #20  Proud To Be Dealing With My DebtsDFW Long Hauler #109

That sounds an awesome idea - my only problem is that my mother in law is as sadistic with plants as i am (i managed to kill a spider plant for the love of god - and she has had 3 plants and only 3 that have survived her so far so dont think another plant would be too good and the only otehr gardener in my fmaily lives 3 hours away!Time to find me again0 -
I've started getting some bits, but really ought to get some sort of plan in place for who/what & why:p
How do other people keep track of what they are getting/have got? Other than starting yet another list to be lost in the depths of my filing system [read old shoe box]& trying to remember to take it out with me
....any ideas folks?
