Who do I contact to say I haven't got received my box as I got a email a couple of weeks ago to ask what I thought of the box and I still haven't got it. Thanks.

yes i want to know how to email them my bro moved last month and he still has not got his box yet. When i went to contact them it said to ring them but he won't as he doesn't think it's worth it so i thought i would email them but can't find an address.

Just received my 'moving in' box..........it was supposed to go to my sons address in Bedfordshire !! So, don't know if this is a duplicate or been sent by mistake ! If its a mistake, well its too heavy for me to post on to my son.
It had in it
Pack of kitchen towels, pack of toilet rolls, cleaning stuff (sample type size, and an energy saving light bulb.................and the box had been opened !
I'll e mail the address given above and see what they say

Did this for my friend who was moving....but she didnt get anything! So i tried doing it for myself...still nothing....

I applied for my mum who moved at the end of last month and she also hasnt recieved her Box
maybe they have stopped delivering or maybe the delivery Guys are keeping them
i recieved mine a few weeks back and it was opened with items missing
