My move in date was over a week ago now and I still have not recieved my box of goodies

Yep, my moving date was the 28th of May. Nothing yet, emailed. My move in date was the 2nd July and I've recieved nothing so far My mum asked me to order one for her as she's moving in a few weeks, so maybe she'll have more luck than I did! £2 savers club-joined 28/06/06: £6

they emailed me to ask what I thought of mine, but never having received it, I couldn't reply...
Maybe that means it was Royal Mail's fault - wouldn't surprise me around here!
