You know, when you've been tango'd! :rotfl:0 -
Really pleased to see you have decided to take the flat.
Hope your IKEA trip went/goes well. Haven't been to one of the stores here in the UK yet (have been passed the Wembely one), but used to go there back in Oz with a friend. Always managed to buy things I didn't need.0 -
I'm back. Alive.
It wasn't too bad. A hell of a long way round though!
Spent about £60. Got all my crockery! :T
Got a lamp. A dish or something. Some other bits that I can't remember.
But I won't be rushing back soon! :rotfl:0 -
I haven't read the whole thread SS so sorry if this has been mentioned before, but re Ironing-I hate ironing and used not to be very good. Now I put everything on hangers to reduce creases, but the best thing I ever did was buy a decent steam geberator iron. Takes half the time, and the results (for me anyway) look much more professional. I still don't exactly enjoy ironing, but as it takes less time and looks good at least I'm not left with the feeling 'why did I bother' or 'what a waste of time!'Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0

Did you do the lakeside Ikea SS?
I have to work myself up to going and normally twin with a visit to costco and the 'next' outlet shop, that's the only thing that makes it palatable for me!Tomorrow is always fresh, with no mistakes in it!0 -
