Cheapest BB with free off peak calls hunt

Hi All
I mainly use my PC and phone at evenings and weekends, so I thought a Broadband package that included free evenings and weekend calls may be a good approach.
I have BT line and my minimum package requirements are.
BB: bandwidth at least 500k with unlimited downloads
Calls: free local evening & weekend calls
NTL freedom comes in at £17.99
BB: bandwidth = 1M with no download limit
Calls: free local evening & weekend calls
Does anyone know of any better packages or approach?
Mr. P.

Hi mr._prune
My current ISP has just launched its own CPS/phone service and broadband combo. It doesn't give out free calls with its product off peak entirely, but you can call other members for free, call at the weeks for free (up for 60 minutes), pay 5p for upto 60 minutes off peak, and 2.7p on peak per minute - and they also give you a £2 discount of your broadband/unmetered access also
unlimited 512k is £15.99pm with the CPS
unlimited 1mb £19.99pm with phone
unlimited 2mb £29.99 with phone
capped 2mb @ 2gb £11.99 with phone
info found at http://www.zazizam.com/broadband/home/ - i hope this helps0 -
Mr J
The equivelent package with CPS is £23.00 for
BB: bandwidth = 1M with no download limit
Calls: free local evening & weekend calls
Its a petty they don't do 500k with free local evening & weekend calls

Sorry - but you've lost me now - whose equivelent package is £23?0 -
If you already have BB you could look at http://www.adsl4less.co.uk for the broadband service, the set-up fee you may find too high if you don't already have BB where there is then a cheaper migration fee.
Then look at http://www.just-dial.com/pages/jd_saver.asp and get for no monthly cost free evening and weekend calls. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... It's no one not noone, It's a lot not alot, It's got not gotten... Panini is the plural of panino - there is no S!!(OK my English isn't great, the sciences, maths & IT are my strong points!)0 -
Just dial looks good for free natational evening & weekend calls think I will use them when my talk talk deal ends soon.
I don't have BB yet so adsl4less would not do plus it is capped at 2G.
thanks Bextech0 -
That's the capped version that's capped, they have an unlimited version too. But as as you say you don't have BB yet, the setup cost is quite high. It's PAC not PAC Code, it's MAC not MAC Code, it's PIN not PIN Number, it's ATM not ATM Machine, it's LCD not LCD Display, it's DVD not DVD disc... What is E7eleven like, I take it you have to pay up front for a year or two years0

Tiscali offer £19.99 a month
1mb broadband no download limit
Free UK calls to landlines anytime
Does anyone know anything that beats this?0 -
:hello: I have just (10 days ago) transferred from BT Broadband to e7even. So far so good.
I paid up front £240 for 2 years plus £8.50 for a 'free' usb modem
They have special offers each month - mine was 1G for 512K price, this month the 'free' modem is free!
I gather they also offer us upgrades and extensions (extra months at the end) at bargain prices.
I would recommend them0
