We only ever get the 'bang' when the system has been drained & air is being expelled - eventually it stops of it's own accord.
There is one maintenance procedure (recharging the air volume) you can try to see if it helps - the manual is here, page 26 onwards

It sounds like a pressure reducing valve that is sticking (part of the 'big black valve' ). The wc filling is not quite enough to get it open then, when you open another tap, it opens suddenly.
