Well, I've had my time in the garden and really peaceful it was. The house martins and swifts are busy catching the flies. Given the amount of squaking going on, I think we have babies in the eaves nearby.
The sparrows were wary of me in the garden and flew off. But, the wood pigeons were brave and kept an eye on me as I sat still and munched their way through food.
Just had an interesting conversation with DS. (DiL is busy revising at her parents - she has exams coming up - and will be eating there). It went something like this
"I'm just off to Jon's for a bit"
"OK what time will you be back?"
"I won't be long"
"What about dinner?"
"Oh, I'll have some when I get back"
"What time will that be?"
"Not sure - Jon is doing a barbecue"
"Ah, so you won't want dinner then?"
"Oh, yes, I would like some - it's only a SMALL barbecue"
Told him in the end that as he has a barbecue on offer, he can eat there and not expect me to provide him with something when he returns. Evil mother or what?I am the leading lady in the movie of my life

He has returned - went to athletics club as cricket wasn't on - he said he told me last week this is what he would do - probably did but that was a week ago!

Well I managed to post 6 ebay items, but ran out of cellotape so got some more whilst I posted the ones that were done.
Have just been through my cupboards and freezer and have made a list! I have worked out I have enough food to make 14 different meals!!! Woohoo I have not done a day by day plan just printed off the list and then I'm going to cross one off when I decide to make it each day! I'm really skint and it's not payday until 20th so I should make it. Will need to but milk and stuff to make bread(breadmaker is being delivered tomorrow)
Have had enough of flying till kids are in bed I think and then I may just have a glass of wine;)DFW no.630!

Back from the shops, I'm horrified at the prices at Morrisons, unfortunatley now I've not got the car Asda is too far away!
I spent ages walking round trying to find a cheap bit of meat or something to go in my salad, ended up with a pack of pepperoni for 85p. Luckily I could only buy a little so it would fit in my rucksack. I'd hate to think what a trolley load would cost me!
Off to bring in the washing & chop my salad. Then I will promise myself a glass of wine after I have done the ironing. I must do it else I'll have nothing for work tomorrow and will end up ironing at 4am!

Evening
We're on holiday from work for two weeks so I'm going to be flying randomly
Did the kitchen first thing this morning and vacuumed right through downstairs. Then went out for the day, back about 4.30. Got the washing in then and put it all away and put stuff away from being out, then watched Neighbours before cooking tea.
Don't know what we're doing tomorrow yet.0
