I'm having problems with my local over MOCs (again). I wonder whether the crackdown on the 'abuse' of MOCs stems from the store not knowing corporate policy in the first place. Perhaps they cannot reconcile coupons with stock and think "mmm, this doesn't add up."

My email from CS a month ago gives the official policy we know and love. Or is this policy now officially "at store manager's discretion" - does anyone know for sure?

Got a 50p dove coupon through the post today, and I got 2 x 30p coupon through the post the other day + some new granola bar or something. Ha. Sad that I get more excited getting coupons through the post than anything else hehehe




and yeah sorry i know this is printable coupons only so i'll shhh now :beer:

oh no, i went to my local tesco (beaumont leys, leicester) and the lady said they dont take internet coupons anymore! only stopped it 2 weeks ago! damn!
im new to this coupon stuff. feel so gutted!
gunna keep them incase they bring them back! lol

The Tesco in Sale in Cheshire don't take internet coupons unless you buy the product. Is there a webpage where you can order your MOC to receive through the post?

I was in this store yesterday. I was told that they now accept internet coupons but only to 25% value of the total shopping.

i had another nightmare in asda, i am sick of them. i had argument while back ova net coupons, which i won and they now take. They went quiet for a bit, last few weeks been giving me H everytime i go in, last week was checking dates, then they dont sell the mag i had coupon 4, well it was on end isle. This week was if i bought the item, ie a mag the coupon price is incorporated into my 10% allowance.

ould a policy like this make sence, all i would have to do is put the item through seperate then it would not have anything do wiv my 10% - idiots

anyway i asked for the manger straight away cos they had told the lady this, cheeky till manager fumbled about a bit then just bogged off, not saying a word, they took my coupons though.

Further, i rang head office up, onto a manager there, they were totally wrong, very appolagetic and gonna call me back - i didnt half give it them
