    Hi Nell No.5,
I have already answered your query on page 10 of this thread, I expect you missed it (post no 196)? Here's a copy of my reply again:

    QUOTE
'The problems you have been having seem to be answered by something you said in an earlier post. I gather you were using the same pc you had already printed from, to try to print some more couponnet/couponstar ones?

You can't do that as couponnet printer software knows that your pc has already had the coupons. Even if you use a different email addy & address.

The only realistic and easy way round it is to do what R4pture does and go & use friends & relatives' pcs. Or go to a library with lots of pcs, if they'll let you print from Couponnet.

I think the system CAN be circumvented to make couponnet forget your pc details (I know one or two people on here have done so successfully) but I don't know how as I am not techy enough. It's not as simple as just clearing your cookies or anything easy AFAIK.'

Is anyone having problems printing this one? I have tried several times and it just sits in the queue, not sure if its my printer.

Has anyone managed to get rid of all the extra bit so you just print the moc?

    Thanks

Yes, I have a word document with 4 on the page, just the important bits and no pics.

Hopefully I'll manage to use them up by getting OH to do some shopping too... I know he just loves to go to Tesco with me... not.. ;)

    Hi,

Yes I know what you are saying about that issue but on some of the offers it does not say 'printed limit reached' and it lets me select the coupon to print it off but it says it has been sent but nothing comes out. I know it is not my printer as it let me print the wella one did it just to see if that worked and it did.

thanks for your help with this matter much appreciated

That's OK, glad to help you a bit.

The thing is, sometimes when you access Couponnet it doesn't say 'print limit reached' and you think 'oh goody, I can print them again'. But when you try, although it says it has sent the coupon to your printer, nothing happens - just as you are describing.

I don't know why it sometimes loses the 'print limit reached' message, it's a mystery to me. Very occasionally I have been able to print one again after printing it a couple of weeks before, but I think that's only when Couponnet have re-set the coupon in some way - e.g. when they changed the Bic Soleil offer from £2.50 off to 50% off (same thing) we were able to print them off again as they were set up as if they were new coupons.

This is how I do it:

On the pdf you can see a little camera icon. Click on that then go down to the section you want to highlight and it will create a box around it. This saves to the clipboard. Then I go into word, add it to a document and copy paste it - which gave me 4 nice clear mocs to cut out.

    You're welcome - I'm glad I was able to help. ;)

Its all trial and error with me.. working on the principle that mostly it won't be the end of the world if things don't work out. :D

 Only if you promise to use it at Waitrose, or at a bookshop to buy the book...:D :D:D

If you wanted to use it at Tesco then that Avenue of Pleasure has been cut off (to paraphrase Basil Fawlty).
