Vodafone sell these refurbished via Ebay. I got one a couple of weeks ago for about £80 and unlocked it to use on O2 via a website forum. The phone was like new and came with the headphones and MMC card. They are phones returned under Vodafone's 14 day no quibble money back guarantee. They are tested and then any scratched bits are replaced etc. :T Very pleased as these are still retailing for at least £179 brand new. Here's a link to their Ebay shop: CLICK ME0

Just FYI, if indeed it is interesting, many people who work for big companies get given a company mobile phone so that your boss can ring up and hassle you all the time. This is typically some sort of special corporate-rate contract SIM with a pretty decent tariff (plebs typically have to separate out and pay for their personal calls) but you get a shall we say "restricted" choice of phone handset usually crap utilitarian ones.
So the trick is to find a nice network-compatible (or unlockable) PAYG phone, throw away the PAYG SIM, then insert your corporate SIM thus having superior pose value over colleagues who are still using boring official handset.
Hence the interest in threads like these!I ♥ MSE0 -
SD cards will not work with this phone as they are thicker than MMC and have more features. Nokia have a limit on the size of card that will work in this model (I think it's 256Mb or even 128Mb??) and the 6230i (512Mb?). You can go over that without problems but that may depend on the phone and the make of card. I use a 1Gb MMC in my 6230i no problems.
MMC cards can usually be used in SD devices and readers though. Use mine in my iPaq SD slot.
