i'm not sure about that one tbh. sorry i can't be of much help on this one

and to keep things boots related:

an anagram of boots is 'to sob', which i'm sure some peoploe on here would do if they don't get to shop at boots. or you can always 'boost' your advantage card points. There are loads more with different search terms, but some of them are far too rude to post here!

I for one like the idea of highlighting a new offer with the use of colours as then people that don't want to read the chat can simply scroll through looking out for anything highlighted. It doesn't necessarily have to be multi coloured like the example but as long it is highlighted in someway it should make things easier. Obviously, this will also make it easier for CPG to update the first page too.
