the actual serum is purer,, the body serum is thinnes down and runny so it is more of a lotion with the serum ingredients added, so it is more dilute - i wouldnt use it it on my face....hth

Just a quickie as I can't stop for long, and I try and avoid recommending things when I can, as everyones' tastes are different, but I'll make an exception for the 17 nail varnishes

I've never been keen on 17 for some reason, but bought a lot with the lipglaze offer for hampers. I couldn't find the usual varnishes I use, so thought I'd give one of those a whirl.

The brushes are great imo, and on a par with any other that I've tried. I only tried the clear polish btw, but I was really impressed. I bought 3 more yesterday, and I'm not sure what the usual price is although I think there's £1 off?

Anyway, I got 3 for £3.75 so a bargain imo

The Expert Scar Care Serum is £5.99 for a 50ml pump dispenser, currently there's £1 off with an ACM voucher, so £4.99.
Several threads ago some Bootsers here compared the ingredients with the No7 facial P&P and they came out more or less identical, I can't find the posts offhand but someone reading may know where they are

Could be worth a try if you like the P&P, to me the Expert stuff feels identical on my skin, I prefer the Expert pump dispenser to the P&P tube too.

Thanks for the details regarding this. It certainly saved me from making a mistake and using the Body Serum on my face !
I think I'll definately give the Expert Scar Care Serum a go, and yes I'm not keen on the P&P tube either. I don't recall seeing the Expert Scar Care Serum in my local boots, does anyone know if the Oracle in Reading, or the Broad Streed Boots in Reading stock this ? Thanks again.

No7 Protect & Perfect Anti-Ageing Lip & Eye Screen comes out like on your lips? Does it have colour to it or is it clear/white? Also, is the No7 Protect & Perfect Glossy Locks Hair Spritz like a hairspray keeping your hair in place or is it JUST to protect your hair and has no 'holding hair in place' properties?

i use the expert scar serum as part of my 3 step every night, i love it!!

Right now I am going to have a rant, because
1, it will make me feel better
2, if off on my holiday tommorrow so with the hoo ha it may cause it will be on a new thread when i get back :rotfl:

As many will recall I posted a couple of lists with a massive wedge of coupons for give aways.
I pm'ed everyone back asking for addys to send them

I sent out 27 envelopes free of charge as I was doing my bit of the money saving/sharing etc and we all help each other out - thats why i love this thread!

But, I am appalled by some pm's - I think (IMHO) that a pm that says where are my vouchers is very rude, i sent them via 2nd class which i had mentionned also! and 3 pms from people wanting my entire lot of vouchers is very greedy and selfish.

I will also state that these pms were made by people who have never posted on this thread and so are lurkers that can not be bothered to add any sort of input to the thread.

I know that everyone is new at some time I'm all for the newbies I am but its the greedy lurkers that ruin it for eveyone else.

I am all for sharing and giving advice when i can but some people really do take the biscuit.
I will in no doubt be shot to pieces for this but hay ho.

I have a couple of the eye/lip thingys they are more like a shimmering colour, hard to describe lol, they are basically clear but with gold flecks through out to give it the shimmer - easy to use any where just glides on. hth
