Bleugh! Feeling inexplicably bleugh today. Not getting anywhere. No reason just can't get motivated.
Any ideas?

Hi Mizmir...you've done loads over the last couple of weeks so the feeling "bleugh" could be your bodies way of telling you to chill out a bit and give the mind and body a rest!!!...a couple of days rest is better than having loads of time off sick...good luck x0

I agree - sit down and relax!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

Trouble is I can't relax - there is always so much to do and I end up feeling guilty that it is not getting done - even if I have done sod all about it all day! And I know I have to leave very early in the morning so need to have everything ready for that but can't get down to sorting it out. Sometimes I can be really cr*p!
Have at least managed to get some tea on so will have something to eat later! :rolleyes:0 -
I am the same - sadly my energy levels are shot to pieces half the time, so I am exhausted, though not "relaxed" if that makes sense!
I do feel, though, that I have a bit more "balance" than I did a few months ago, so who knows.....maybe by Christmas I will be able to get on top of the housework and be chilled at appropriate times of the day!!!!!

Makes perfect sense! I go in waves - boundless enthusiasm and energy one day and complete inertia and exhaustion the next! Wish I could get some level of consistency .
Anyway off to have my dinner and perhaps watch a bit of TV - a glass of wine might help me relax a little.... thanks0 -
If we can't do consistency, I would settle for a few more days of the "boundless enthusiasm and energy" bit!!!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0

I know you're right. I do have some days like that - just wish there were a few more of them - but I guess I should stop giving myself a hard time! Am going to get an early night tonight as I have to catch a train at some ungodly hour in the morning to go to Durham. Goodnight everyone.

yes, indeed you should madam!!!!! you work incredibly hard at your full time job and the workshops too. it is natural that you will have "couldn't give a flying pony" moments and so shouldn't beat yourself up over it. Listen to your body, if it is telling you to stop then STOP!!! else you will be ill and will have to stop.......
RIGHT!!!!!debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0
