Managed to get to the post office today so converted the little dollar stash - another £32.99 into the debt free coffer. :T

No sign yet of the £80 wine bank money but no more emails trying to persuade me to stay so am guessing that it will appear in my bank at some point.

Have loads of work to catch up with tonight - finding it difficult to motivate myself but will try the short bursts approach with MSE as my reward for good behaviour! So if I am on here later - ask me what I have done to deserve it!:D

Well done mizmir! as the hated supermarket advert goes "Every little helps!" (sorry I hate Tesco's with a vengeance as I cannot buy any food there as they have a real !!!!! covering policy when it comes to nut allergies!)

Took the bull by the horns and did the cyber slot z offer this evening - took some getting used to but if you're careful very easy money if the bonus offer is still on. I made £100.27 for a £50 deposit :T. Was also good as it got some of my nerve back to try the stuff on the Loopholes board. And I signed up through Cashback Kings so there'll be another £15 coming my way too. Not bad for just over an hour's work. :D

Would do it for OH but is too late tonight - will see if it is still on tomorrow night.

    Night all.

Loophole has been closed on slotz. :( Lot's of angry discussion on the loopholes board. Just hope my withdrawal goes through OK. Only got to the computer at 10 this evening but have done a couple of rounds of free bingo on gala and sky - no wins yet though. Have you had any luck?

Just made a nice discovery. Logged into Betfair and discovered that my bet actually did get placed (must've been done on the point the market closed and it didn't show as confirmed). Odds slightly out so I am down about £5 but that means in fact that I am actually up £34! Yeah! Off to add to my £10 a day total.

Excellent! I did maybe 20 games, 12 tickets a go, but didn't get anything, I checked this morning. Still, now I know *how*, I'll be there all next Thursday. I've got some work (can't get to the comp when I work) but with the whole advance thing going on, that won't cramp my style much! Have a good day, kiddo.

After 10 days of wall to wall meetings I am having an afternoon working from home to catch up with all the things that I can't do in meetings! But having a lunch break with MSE first :D Got accepted for a Barclaycard platinum card with enough limit to transfer both my high interest card balances - there is no transfer fee and the rate is 6.5% LOB. So that will get all my card debts onto lowish interest LOB rates :j. Then I just have to work on paying them off! Will ring them this afternoon to sort out the transfers.

Thanks El. Union case worker as much use as a chocolate teapot so far - seems the axe to grind type and instead of focusing on the real issues suggested she make a case of discrimination. There may be some underlying discrimination but basically it is bullyng and bad management - she wants that addressed. She doesn't want to go in saying it is a gender issue or whatever. :( Anyway the department union rep is great so hopefully progress being made there and it has done her good to be off this week (though she is still not at all well).

Used my free bet just now from TR - it is a phone bet so was a bit scary - and I hate not being able to double check it on the website - have to trust they have backed the right thing. But it is a 7/7 SNR match which should return £32+ if I have got it all right. Can't understand why I am finding this so nerve wracking when I was quite confident with it last year - perhaps because I would really feel it if I got it wrong?! Or maybe I just need to get back into the swing of things. Fingers crossed I haven't made a mistake this time! :o
