    if you cant get rid of this, could you claim childcare vouchers through your employer to help with the cost? are there any family near by who could help?

    insurance (house) 15pcm
    food 200 pcm

    at £50 a month for 3 of you, this is high, and could easily be trimmed back - even with food costs rising. shop from your fridge, freezer and cupboards - use up what you have before buying more. buy own brand labels and consider switching to aldi/lidl - money goes so much further there! get yourself over the the moneysaving old style boards for help with cutting the cost through meal planning, making things stretch etc.

    what does this include?
    total outgoings 2778pcm

    income and child benefit 2048pcm

    no utilities? gas, water, electric, phone, internet, mobiles?
