New job seems to be going OK and I managed to have a schmooze about the internet for a couple of hours (work related of course;) ) so have managed to catch up on a few threads, but posting to forums is blocked:mad: .

Just finished my new job 9am-3pm, at home at teh moment doing dutiful Wife and Mother stuff then back out to work to teach 6-8.30pm and I know we have ran out of bread and some other stuff for packed lunches so I will have to go to Asda when I finish.

May be back on here later if I can find a couple of match sticks to hold my eyes open with.:rolleyes:

Been non stop today! Took Ste to work then went straight off to Bunny's to help her move house and put together her kidlets' beds, and got there about 10. Left there around 12.20 and dropped Ash off at nursery for 1. Then went into Stafford to do the tesco shopping. Came home and picked Ash up about 3.15 before getting home about half past and sorting out the shopping.
ABSOLUTELY BUSHED.

AND I might be covering an AS party tonight _pale_

If you have onion, peppers, tin of tomato you have a red pepper sauce?

Any dried noodles?? Do a vegetable stir fry and add garlic, soy sauce to the veggies and serve with the lamb chops.

potatoes/onions/tomatoes/garlic/curry powder?? Bombay potatoes, rice and chops!

You can both move in with me - we could open the first DFW commune!

Although saying that - would we actually talk to each other, or would we just sit in different parts of the living room and use a laptop each to communicate?? :rotfl:

Ha Ha just had a giggle with robinson way DCA....

Had a right rude obnoxious a hole call me, insisting that as i overpaid a few months back my monthly payment was up for review and insisted it had to be increased by the amount that i had overpaid by, from £40 pm to £75!!!:eek:

No negotiation, no flexible just obnoxious nasty rudeness... so without telling him that i was actually planning on increasing it slightly i sent forth words of equal rudeness and put the phone down....

Rang straight back and spoke to a lovely lady...

"hello, i've just had a call from a member of your staff who was extremely rude and nasty, tell me, do you get paid commission for increasing payments"

"yes madam we do, i guess it was about the review on your account?"

"well as i was planning on increasing my payment anyway, and you are being nice, would you put my payment up to £50 per month please and collect the commission yourself?"

"yes madam, thats absolutely fine, we only needed an increase to £45 so thats great, and thankyou"

"no worries at all, would you kindly consider walking across the office to your very rude colleague and gloating on my behalf"

"laughs... I'll certainly do that, goodbye"

manners costeth nothing and all that. i've got a headache, i think he caught me on a bad day... :T :T

Good afternoon everyone :hello:

Met smashed for lunch and saw the sexiest shoes in the shop, then I spotted the sale sign so of course we had to have a look... She decided to buy the black pair, though the cream pair was equally lovely, the black pair would get more wear and is therefore better value for money (are you buying this?)

After that the day falls down - back at work after lunch to find my boss has taken on a whole boat-load of new work and responsibility. In real terms this means he gets the praise and I get to do the actual work and associated headaches:rolleyes: - there's something not right here.

Got home and SIL has decided she doesn't want to go walking / jogging tonight but she'll want me to go with her to fat-class on Monday and do the exercises (told her that paying to be told I'm overweight goes against my DFW principles:D, but I'll pay for the exercise).

Anyway, I'm going to cook tea (meatballs in mushroom, onion and tomato sauce) and go for a walk!
