Keren - I really feel sorry for you with the hayfeverMy oh gets it (but only sometimes, not really sure how / why!) so the good weather isn't a cause for celebration with you!

Everyone else - hope you all have a fab day. I have some reading I need to do for w-o-r-k (it should be a swear word on a day like this....) so I'm going to take it out into the back and do it thereMammy to 2 boys aged 5 and 20 -

(((((((Jacs)))))) I know it will be hard when you are used to having him here, but you are a strong person and with a course and children to keep you occupied you will be ok. How often will he be able to come back to see you?
You have to make the most of the next couple of weeks nowI'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

handy hint for any hayfever sufferers. buy some LOCAL honey from a farm shop and take a teaspoon of it morning and night. as it contains local pollens it will (apparently) cause your body to build up a resisitance to them and stop your body over producing the histamine enzymes which causes all the nasty sneezes etc.debt @05/11/11 £12210.63!! slowly chipping away!!:heart2:impossible is nothing.:heart2:0

Gosh its so hard for you...and him Im sure. Iv'e always admired families of forces, and those that go out to fight for the country.
Set yourself some goals in the time he is away, like doing the course, join a club/activity, do something that you have always wanted to do, change your hair, get fit...you get the idea. Im sure you will keep busy and it maybe easier than you think??I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

Big Hugs Jacs ((()))
My OH is working abroad and I hate it. We see each other every 6-8 weeks. (Him to here or me to there) I don't know how I'd cope if he was somewhere tough like Afghanistan.
Do you get support from other spouses? (is the plural spice?) They will know what you are going through more than us ignorant civvies (I speak only for myself here:o ).
