Oh and having £30k in premium bonds beats what you are doing, you only had £4500 and you've probably spent it on a declining asset.A house isn't a home without a cat.

I actually registered just to see what would happen. Just had a call from them, wanted to know what I want. When I said I was not interested in BTL he didnt seem too enthusiastic. lol
I asked him why everything seemed to be for free and what was in it for them. He seemed suprised at the question and blagged something about negotisting a discount which is then offset against the price!QUIDCO £2827 paid out since October 2007:D0
