I see your testominal is on their site.

Thank you guys for your help. A very professional service from start to finish. My 1st buy to let in my home town of Bristol. On completion I am £2050 in profit after buying! The property is now rented and paying for itself." Harrison Blake

Im not sure how you want me to prove things short of sending everyone that reads this forum a copy of my purchase receipts!
    That would do.

....As far as I am concerned the property is making me a £100 a month and cost me next to nothing! Im happy! Beats sitting back with £30k in premium bonds etc waiting for a £50 handout!
Ooh woopy doo! £100 a month before voids, insurances and repairs. "We're all going to be rich I tell you." One change of tenancy and you could fail to make a profit. Tell you what, post the rent and postcode of these two wonder properties and I let you know what I think. ( I bet you live nowhere near them too)
Oh and having £30k in premium bonds beats what you are doing, you only had £4500 and you've probably spent it on a declining asset.

To OP, your spam is most offensive, some people will be gullible enough to believe that they can buy an house as easily as popping out to the supermarket.
Your message even looks like spam, why have you changed your type?

OK OK forget I mentioned it - Jesus, newly joined this forum and everybody seems to either be somesort of mini detective asking why I am up past my bedtime (Incisor - maybe the fact that I work nights in a very boring job)
:rotfl::rotfl:Nah, you can stay up as late as you like, without asking. But for me, and others, you just raise the spam alert. Whether you are spamming or not, your text looks like spam, the deal itself looks like one which would be promoted by spam and the fact that it is posted late at night as the first post of a newbie also looks like a familiar spam tactic. Don't be surprised that people are reacting as if it is ... spam.

It is quite unusual to have spam that actually responds, most just crawl back from whence they came....

I think the OP was well pleased with their purchase, told some friends about it who laughed themselves sick and the OP is now worried he's done something daft so he posts here hoping us money savers will back him up.

Sorry OP, your either a spammer or a dunce.

I actually registered just to see what would happen. Just had a call from them, wanted to know what I want. When I said I was not interested in BTL he didnt seem too enthusiastic. lol

I asked him why everything seemed to be for free and what was in it for them. He seemed suprised at the question and blagged something about negotisting a discount which is then offset against the price!
