PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING: Hello Forumites! In order to help keep the Forum a useful, safe and friendly place for our users, discussions around non-MoneySaving matters are not permitted per the Forum rules. While we understand that mentioning house prices may sometimes be relevant to a user's specific MoneySaving situation, we ask that you please avoid veering into broad, general debates about the market, the economy and politics, as these can unfortunately lead to abusive or hateful behaviour. Threads that are found to have derailed into wider discussions may be removed. Users who repeatedly disregard this may have their Forum account banned. What amazes me is how thick these spammers are! If it had been just a very simple message, without the bull, perhaps they would get away with it? And entice some into their 'too good to be true' schemes.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. It seems that whenever someone shares a good experience people are always very synical. If I logged on and told other people about a telephone company that would save you 2p a month on your phone bill would I be labelled a 'thick spammer'? As mentioned, I thought I would share a positive experience in property as every man and his dog is jumping on the 'house price crash' bandwagon. People are of course entitled to their opinion....0

OK now can you prove to those that read this forum that it is not spam and every aspect of the claims you have made. If you can I for one will apologise.A retired senior partner, in own agency, with 40 years experience in property sales & new build. You come on here at 1.41am as a total newbie and your first post is to tell us about this 'wonderful' outfit and about how you are telling all your friends and family. Who comes on at 1.41am to do that? Usually it is only spammers, so their stuff stays up for a few more hours until the mods wake up. Sorry, your tale looks hollow. I won't call you a liar, but I will say I don't believe you at all. If you expect people here to believe you, I think you are insulting their intelligence. After the uprising of the 17th June The Secretary of the Writers Union
Had leaflets distributed in the Stalinallee Stating that the people
Had forfeited the confidence of the government And could win it back only
By redoubled efforts. Would it not be easier In that case for the government
To dissolve the people
And elect another?0
