I've recently switched to Aldi - mainly for the super 6. I've just found a worm/caterpillar inside one of the plums I bought today. I'm a little grossed out but will visit the store to ask for a refund. At least I didn't find half a worm!

I found a live worm inside a radish I bought from Sainsbury's and was refunded the amount and an extra £15 on my Nectar card.

Curious to see what Aldi will offer - should I take the worm with me?..

why not just accept that people who are new to forums might not understand how stuff works and might have just searched for 'aldi' or wotever before screaming troll like some sort of internet policeman.

so they posted in a three year old thread? big deal, no one died did they?

    get over it
Come on, it's not rocket surgery is it?

    Welcome Kate to the MSe.
if you stay longer than one post, please be aware that there are actually some nice people on this forum, though not necessarily on the Praise and Vent Section.
How is the worm doing this morning?Perhaps a photo of him standing next to the plum will suffice for Aldi alongside your receipt and then for teh sake of the ecology of the world , let him loose either in your garden or down a Welsh Valley somewhere!

  • Wow people are being a bit nasty! Shame to hear about the worm, I've shopped at Aldi for ages and never had a problem, please keep us updated: I wanna know what happens!!
As for store credit I dunno what they've give you I reckon they might just give you a new bag of plums! Good luck :)

it can be to someone unfamiliar with internet forums.

and as i've said, does it ultimately make any difference to anyone? so someone posted in an old thread, i can't really see that it is the massive issue or crime that some people make it out to be.

it's a thread on an internet forum

I've been here for ages and the last thing I spot is usually the date!

We may not have it all together, but together we have it all
