    Hi Amy,
sounds to me that its good news about the house! let us know what the person you've emailed says. Are you tempted to do it now? i know i would be( no patience lol). Saying that i cant see house prices going up again for a while so you should be ok next year. Wow you are nearly sub 8K that is brill!!!!! everyone is doing so well at the moment.
just bought some more xmas presents in town, puzzle for neice and 3 vids for OH. Nearly bought all the pressies i need (how sad is that!), just the ones who have money/vouchers to save up for and getting Oh a sub to his car mag. need to save £75 altogether plus do enough surveys for another 3 vouchers, if i dont get the surveys then will need near enough £100.

Hi Jen, best of luck with your exam-sucks that you have to wait so long for your results but i'm sure you will pass-we're all really clever on this board!!
Not sure on target now-will just go and update my sig with the tenner cheque ive just paid off and then do some calculations!

Thanks MM. Its great how well we are all doing

Oooo look at you being super organised. Im rubbish at Christmas pressies. For the past 3 years I have got mine from Boots 3 for 2. I never spend more than £100 on all my family/friends. :D And i have around £20 worth of points on my boots card!

I am so tempted to send in my application form, however i need £3.5K savings for the fees  I know it will be best to wait until my debts are paid as well because the money i pay on my loan a month (£240) will be around the same amount extra i need for the mortgage. Plus my credit file isnt that great at the moment, so hopefully it will repair itself a bit by next year.

I will probably start looking etc. January/Feb of next year (if i can sweet talk my mum into letting me pay her back 1/2 and save 1/2 a month!)

10 weeks till the end of 1st sept! let see if that is possible!!
    total debt is £800
    £15 x 10= £150
    savings towards debts are £479.06
    = £170.40
    £170.40 divided 10 weeks = £17.04 a week!
    i am going for it!!
