Welcome back Mabel
, hopefully you'll get at least the £200 for your phone
. I have a plan for getting the rest of my car debt to be interest free but it requires my mums cooperation so will see what happens when I call her later. Still haven't done betfair through quidco, should probably do it but am scared it won't track. I noticed about the credit card you applied for the other day, does anyone have any idea how long the credit check stays on your file if you get declined a credit card? I'm asking because I know no-one in their right mind will give me one without job (I don't want another one anyway), but I thought I could apply for some on quidco, get rejected and get the cashback? I just don't want to screw my credit rating up in the mean time.

Hi Nicki...oooh sounds like you have a plan-good luck whatever it is!!!
I did betfair ages ago when it was £50 cashback and it tracked/paid with no probs, sounds like people have been having trouble recently though.
No idea about the credit check thing but the card i applied for you have to be accepted to get cashback, i know jen did one the other day, got declined and still got cashback not sure who that was with though. my hbos one still hasnt tracked though. So prob not a good idea to apply and risk your rating for nothing but worth finding out which one jen got paid from!0 -
I'll let you know later if it works
I looked on the betfair website, there is a thing saying if you bet £10 they'll give you £10 back but I need to look at the t&c's because you might have to wager the £10 you get back, not sure. Will mull it over a bit. As for the credit cards...good point, I didn't even think about the getting accepted part...whoops. I've just had a look and found the MBNA rewards one which gives you £8.50 just for applying so I might do that one, one shouldn't hurt my credit rating too much, I just didn't want to do loads. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
