Don't get a loan for a mini Mabel, you don't want to end up like me!!

And now that's over with... hello everyone, I'm back again.. I feel like I've spent so much money this weekend, the train to London cost me £15 then I spent about the same on drinks (friends birthday, had to go), then with other travel and some food...just feels like a lot.

All is looking better on the house front as my dad managed to get a loan, it's a long story but basically he needed that to get a mortgage on an investment property he and my mum bought off plan in Florida when the were together. They had enough money out there to get a mortgage a couple of years ago but with the tighter mortgage lending he needed an extra £8k now which he has now got the loan for. Once he gets a mortgage he can sell the property which would just about get the £40k equity back he needs to pay my mum off so we can keep our house. Fingers crossed it works. He needs to go through the hoops of getting a mortgage because otherwise they would have lost their deposit which was about 50k or something ridiculous.

To top everything off I haven't had any back pain for the last 5 or so days, it feels like some kind of miracle lol.
    Finally bought a home
    Starting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]
    Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.47

    Hey All

Firstly - Congratulations Jen. We knew you would pass. :j xx

Had a lovely few days with my mum, sister and nephew. Very busy. Went to see Journey to the Centre of the Earth this morning in 3D, was very cool.

Have just booked tickets for me and my sister to go to the IMAX to see Dark Knight (again :p ). They didnt have any available seats until 5th September  But it will be something to look forward to.

MM - deffo dont get the loan. I know its so tempting, but you will be so proud of yourself when you get your nice mini. xx

    Hope everyone else is ok.

    xx
    Debt: just my mortgage :D
