Morning all, it's nice to see you talking about savings
.
Graduation was awful and really stressful, apart from just before I went on stage when I had a little feeling of triumphing over adversity (my mum got pregnant with me when she was a teenager, my dad has no O levels and my mum has 5 in things like typewriting with poor grades, I've lived on a council estate my entire life, I got no financial help from my parents and virtually sod all from the loan people), combined with the list of rubbish that has gone on in my life I guess statistically I'm a rareity. My tutor who was reading our names out smiled at me before I went on stage, I think he has a soft spot for me lol.
I woke up thinking about how much I want to buy one of the new flats they are building where I live. They demolished our old leisure centre and are building loads of housing on it. One bed flats are only £115,000 and they are within walking distance of the station. Crawley is also equidistant between London & Brighton where me and my boyrfiend will probably end up working. it's all a bit too perfect, if only I could get a mortgage now lol. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -

Thanks Mabel
. I'm sure whatever is supposed to happen will. I'm applying for a job with East Sussex council today so fingers crossed. I did another pinecone survey earlier so that's another £4 towards christmas for my dad. I'm really impressed, I've got £16 in just over 2 weeks! I'm also eagerly awaiting another £10 Argos voucher which should arrive in the next few days.

no neither have I Jen ! Careful with those slug pellets saw horrible news prob the other day with dog that had nearly died coz ate pellets- poor thing.
good luck with job application nicki.
Have decided seeing as I am rubbish driver I would be better off with a 'starter mini' so am looking at cars around 6 grand mark which hopefully will be nearer 5 grand in 2 years time. No point spending 8 or 9 grand when I'll prob reverse it into a bollard!0 -

Onepoll is cash- you can get a cheque sent or a bac transfer straight into your bank account . I am on £9.35 now slow , but worth it not to get screened out!0

I agree, one poll is pretty good. The application form seemed really long but most of it is tick box questions about whether I have criminal convictions and the like. I've filled it out now bar the bit about why I want the job which I will do after we come back from the beach, we're taking the dogs there in a minute. There is a thread on the up your income board about what people have made from surveys. I might tot mine up later and see what I've got. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470
