right i am back from the school run for the last time.... till sept

i have had a phone call from a women who says i have won a photo shot in london for me and a freind... but she wanted £49.99 deposit EACH!! apparently i will get the deposit back when i arrive there! i told her i am skint and will have to phone her back next week to pay.. sounds very suspicious going to look at there website

Dont do it Jen. I had one of these about a year ago, and basically I think its a con.

i have told her i will phone her back she said i entered a comp on fair exchage which i uses so i could have but to be honest even if it was free it wouldn;t be for me travelling to london would cost a bit and they do make up hair etc not my sort of thing then take photos i hate photos being taken then i have to buy them if i want them!! where is the prize in that?

Yep that sounds like the company that phoned me up. I think they just phone everyone up. I hate having my photo done as well. :rotfl:

he he just checked my hsbc online saver i opened with quidco and i selected paper free billing! i think it was in the first place but they were giving customers £20 to be completly paper free no cheque books nothing so i selected it a month ago and they have put £20 in my account, he he i never had any paper with it as it is an online account lol

nice one Jen!! That other thing def sounds dodgy, I hate having my photo taken too.
Spent ages looking at minis, reckon I will need to fill 2 isas to afford one though, spose that will be a good challenge!

yeah when the photo people phone back i will ask them to send me a cash alternative as a prize!!! lol
i though it would be dodgy paying to a prize! what ever next
