yes mm post office look cheap. the post office site quoted norwich union to be cheapest so if i go through quidco of £20 and get £50 cashback from the post office it qouted me £240 a year (another site qouted £208 no quidco or cashback) £170 a year! sounds good to me!! it that how it works?:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

double check first that the post office doesn't already include the £50 cashback off the quote they've given you. Then it sounds like people are having probs using comparison sites and then going through quidco as the comparison site places cookies and claims the recommendation before quidco. I think you're supposed to clear all cookies and then go direct through quidco to post office and get a new quote. I might be wrong, think theres a bit about it on quidco blog.0

Evening All
Ooo good news on the interview Jen, fingers crossed about the hours. x
Hey MM & Hayley :hello:
Well i have just got all worked up  Im feeling sooooo skint all of the time and struggling this month now as i need bloody cat litter!!!.
So, i have now found someone online who does the litter I use (Pets at home do it, but its a mission to get their and their postage is shocking). It should work out cheaper than going to the shop.
I have also decided to budget for the cats food seperately from my own, that way i can allocate exact money to them every month and then whatever i have left is mine, rather than having to find £20 odd a week for them out of the £35 i budgeted for myself.
I have worked out i will spend around £85 a month on their food/litter and insurance  For 2 little cats! Nevermind, at least now i know that i need to budget that much a month.
Sorry for my waffling!

Evening Amy,
You're doing soooo well Amy, we all have our moments where we feel skint, but we are all here because we want to be debt free - and have lots of money left every month to save :j :j pls smile!!! :j :j
Thats a lot of money every month on the kitty cats, but i'm sure they are worth every penny!!!! cats are better than blokes anyday!! :rotfl:0 -
amy have you look at what the mittens are having and see if there is a cheaper way of doing things for a little while? what are you feeding them?
i know they are your babies and you want them to have the best.
my dog has rice and value tuna once a week coz it is cheap and keeps his coat shinny!!
i looked at what the dog has a month then looked a bulk buys offers etc to get what i need. he has to eat james welbeloved or hill as cheap stuff gives hima bad belly and me vets fees!!! lol:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart
