Well i am confused with O2... big time!!

Had such a palava getting the new upgrade that i want. It has taken around 2 weeks to sort it out. I phoned last week when they said it hadnt been dispatched was told it would be delivered Friday. It wasnt. Was told Tuesday. It wasnt. I phoned up yesterday they said they didnt have my company address so DHL wouldnt deliver it (they have got it as they delivered the previous one there :rolleyes: ), i gave it to her, she promised it would be delivered today... guess what???

I rang them and they said DHL didnt get the information (company address) so couldnt sent it out today.

I did rant a little bit at the guy from O2, especially as if i didnt keep ringing them up and chasing them, nothing would get done, and i wouldnt have a clue what was happening. :mad: He apologised loads, and said it would definitely be sent out tomorrow... hmmmm...

Well 2 mins after getting off the phone, DHL delivers my phone. One of my colleagues signed for it, so im now very confused!

I will laugh so hard if they send me 2 and dont realise. :rotfl:

i have just had a letter confirming i have an interview for the new job!! aaaahhhh i could have cried i know over half of the interview panel!! oh ne i wish it was stragers! i hate interviews with more than one interviewer!!

oh no the letter said 10.30 which was very conventiant when i phoned to confirm i could attend she said my interview was 9am which i can't do as i have to take dd to school!!! they are going to speak to the interview pannel and see if they can change the time what a pain!

right time is changing interview is now 10.30 am next friday i might phone the employer and find out the hours tomorrow as if they don't fit in with dd i won't be able to do it sometimes being a single mum stinks

hope the hours work out for you jen- will be a right pain if they dont fit around your dd school times .

i am going to shop around for car insurance as mine is out next month any suggestions of good insurers or deals
