Well done on getting your money amy!!!! Nice chunky debt payment for you !

My god nicki- that other seller can't even spell ( or make jewellery! ) perhaps u should put something on your listings about cheap imitations appearing on ebay, if you want to take it further keep notes of the dates of your listings and hers and copies of all photos with dates. What a complete nightmare , only consolation is that people will soon start leaving her negatives for her tat!

had to read that twice amy- thought you were telling jen to put a new top on her credit card!!!!!!!!! Should have realised probably not !
Nicki have you tried emailing her with the examples you have posted and tell her that unless she stops you will take her to court ?

Congrats on the £600 Amy, that's great.

Thanks Mabel, I know she can't, she drives me crazy! I know other people who have experienced the same problem but unfortunately there isn't a lot that can be done. I had another woman do the same, I contacted her but she replied with a load of lies and then threatened to report me to ebay. I kept an eye on her and eventually she went out of business because her jewellery was so crap :D. She's just yet another reason to leave ebay. Her feedback is worse than mine which is some consolation.

that is a great idea mm. threaten her with court i recon that will stop her.
you could create some sort of backing to take your photos on with your e bay username on it? that would stop her stealing the photos

I've reported her to ebay when she steals my pics, so I assume she must know I'm watching her. She just doesn't seem to care and would probably report me to ebay herself if I did that :(.

Thats a good idea about the photos jen, at least that would be something she can't use of yours .
I think ebay is losing quite a few customers recently due to them not protecting users from this sort of shameful rip offs

It has been suggested to me that I could watermark my photos as it isn't just her that I've had steal them, but as I'm going to leave soon it seems like a lot of effort. If I was going to stay on ebay I'd probably do it. In the mean time I'll just report people lol.
