I was really impressed with the ISA info too. If I'm honest most of my 'wreckless' debt was accumulated in/before my first year of uni. I had to spend a lot in the second year too but that was because I was having to pay out £460 every month just for rent & paying the monthly car payment. I've been living on a really tight budget for the last year so I'm fairly confident I'm so frugal now I'll be able to fill my ISA allowence every year which would be amazing. I've even opened the alliance and leicester savings account through quidco in anticipation lol

I forgot to share this too... http://www.bview.co.uk/ . Always eager to find new ways to make money I read about this site on another board. Apparently you get given a £10 amazon voucher if you review 20 local businesses. I think it has the potential to be quite good as the reviews don't have to be really long, I think five minutes per review would be plently.

Not been very well at all today, felt terrible at work. Really bad stomach ache, the rest i won't tell you :rotfl: , i still managed to stay on at work till 6 though, didn't want to go home poorly, hate letting work down, sick or not. I'm in bed now catching up on the net as not been on since Saturday morning. Catching up on MSE and Facebook :D

I had a nice weekend going back home anyways. My mum really liked one of the houses in Maidstone, so i think she's going to speak to the estate agent tomorrow and put in an offer. Fingers crossed they accept as i also really liked the house, very very nice.

Unfortuantely, i was a naughty girl yesterday and spent £110 in Bluewater and put it on my credit card. All were much needed items, some bits from La Senza, and a few tops in Miss Selfridge and a new bag. I do feel a bit guilty now but i never treat myself so just going to get on with life and not think about it. Off to add it to my sig, just means i'm going to be over 3K again. Damn!!

Amy - oh my god, your very brave going outside and helping her. Well done you. I'm glad you're alright. Do you know if she pressed charges against him?

Jen - thats a tough decision. I've never really understood how single parents cope in the six weeks holiday. Its far too long for a kid to have off school. Obviously i wasn't saying that when i was at school, but as you get older you realise kids don't need that amount of time off, they only get bored and then get into trouble, plus how can parents take so much time off to look after their kids? My mum was a teacher when i was at school so she looked after us, but what do other parents do?

hayely i have booked to have a chat with my manager thurs so i hope to either reduce to 3 longer days over the summer or i will use the weekend to decide about handing my notice in. i don;t really want to do it!
on the estate i live on the kids play out from when they 5 years old. my dd is 6 and i am still not letting her out alone! in the summer some of the adults got out and leave the kids out playing! and there is no way i am doing that!!!!!
