i am saving the £200 towards the holidays. in gerneral i dunno what i am saving for! i would like to buy the house i am renting from medip housing but on my income at the moment it is npt going to happen but if i can save till dd is about 12 years old and and can be left on her own a bit then i can work more house and buy so that gives me 6 years to save. if i can save £3,600 a year for 6 years that will be £21,600!!!! a very nice deposit! i don;t think it is possible then i never thought it would be possible to make £10 a day and i have this month!!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

yeah I know what u mean- thats why I thought I'd put my amazon money in my ISA so at least I'm not starting with nothing after nov /dec. Have just ordered my last Xmas present, the rest will be vouchers from surveys or cash. Need about £100 quid I think, but about 30 should be from pigsback/ lightspeed/ valued opinions if I get enough surveys by then.0

Hi. I've just found my way out of the loft!!! It's like aladdin's (sp) cave up there!!!! I have just fixed up 3 more shelf units today-and filled them. I daren't go up there any more for a few days coz every time I go up there I see some other stuff that needs selling. We did have 7 boxes of christmas decs up there-if i put that lot up at christmas our house will look like santa's b****y grotto!!! so I am selling some of the decs and tinsel ...I hope, along with my hundreds of books!!!!
My eldest DD cooked tea tonight, it was gorgeous: salmon, spicy turmeric wedges, water cress baby tomatoes and mayonaisse-yum yum I ate all mine!!!
I'm shattered today!!!
Oh and I finally rang the building society yesterday-I have a savings account and couldn't remember how to log in etc-so couldn't pay money in or anything!!!-sorted now.
Right catch you all later, I'm off to make (yet another) cuppa!!

glad u enjoyed your tea cath- sounds lovely . And happy you made it back out of the loft! Are you going to do a big car boot? Or is it stuff to ebay?
Spent £9 on a harness for the dog to stop her pulling me along ! Tried all sorts of training but she's not interested !! So for the sake of my shoulder joints I had to make a purchase! Have now got £70 spending money to last
me the month- am going to try to save as much of that as poss tho, will need £10 for scrapbooking club and possibly some more petrol but apart from that i dont forsee me needing anything else so no takeaways, sweets or magazines this month, am going to put it in my sig so if u see the amount going down please feel free to give me a $&@$&$ing unless I have a genuine reason for spending!0 -
Hi there guys,
Amy - thats not good about your neighbours, but good on you for coming to the rescue when needed! It sometimes needs just that wake up call and other times needs loads, but hopefully he gets what he deserves!
Wow, you guys are so organised for xmas. I think my fam have got used to me not sending anything home for xmas (good excuse that it's so far away!). Gotta do something about that!
MM, know what you mean about the ISA, the only way I can stay on focus for paying our debts is that I can save at the same time, so I see the interest going into the account at the end of the month and feel like I am at least going ahead in some area of the finances!
Anyway, taken me about 40 mins to write this message so gotta post it sometime soon - damn football!
Oh, and congrats to everyone for getting to page 99, who's gonna have the first post on page 100!
Hope everyone is going good
