£40 a month for water bill?!?!
Comments
-
back on topic please
Thames Water 2 bed room flat, unmetered £203.59 for the year!!
I'd ask for a copy of the bill, cause I'm a control freak and NEED to have it, ok I'm not really, but could be a reason!!!
Hope the original OP got the problem sorted!0 -
Update from OP (me!)
Rang up landlady and told her some rubbish story about "my company paying my bills for a few months because I had to relocate for my job etc.... and that they wouldn't pay it without the original bill for their accounts"
Landlady said fine she'll drop it round, so far, NOTHING............
I have the money put to one side anyway so it doesn't matter to me, hopefully it'll never materialise.
Now, where do I post my council tax questions?!?!

With regards to the Standing Charge of £10.00 you mentioned. If you have the opportunity to see the actual bill the supplier issued you may find the standing charge will either be for 6 months or 12 months payable in advance. Hope this helps.
