I think they have finally caught me out on my 5th order. I received the dreaded 'please call us back, we require further information' email.

I got caught out this week also but it was my own fault for being greedy. Ordered a pair of boots that were £39.99 in the catalogue but only £25 online. With my £15 off voucher (being used for 3rd time) it came to £10. No problem, order confirmed. Thought I'd chance my luck again later in the week and got a message from the "Credit Control" dept to say that the code had been removed as I was not entitled to it. (I'll say! ) Going to wait a couple of weeks and have another go - this is too good to waste! ::)

I THINK THEY HAVE CAUGHT ONTO THE £15 OFF CODE.. THEY SAID IT WS ONLY FOR NEW PEOPLE AND FIRST TIME ORDER........  :-[
I PUT THE CODE IN THE FIRST TIME ON THE COMP AND IT CAME UP WITH A BOX SAYING THE CODE DID NOT APPLY SECOND TIME I PUT IT IN IT SAID NOTHING.... HOWEVER I THINK THEY HAVE COTTONED ONTO IT...
WHAT HAPPENED WHEN YOU PUT IT IN??

The £15 code worked on the website but was not accepted by the LXDirect staffed as they processed (or didnt process ) my order. The free delivery code was not accepted by the website after a few attempts then I went through a list that a moneysaver posted on the 1st page of this thread. The 4th or 5th one worked - as did one of the 10% codes.

The code was accepted at the order stage and I got an auto confirm message that they had received my order. However, a message from Credit Control followed within the hour with.."we have checked our records etc"

Th £15 code still works as does the free postage but my 10% code xx484 was rejected.
