I felt myself considering buying things even if I didn't need/want them just because of the discount and I wanted to get my £10 worth.
I've only ever used it in places that I would normally go into - and if I actually remember lol :rolleyes:Light bulb moment April 07: [strike]£3,655 [/strike] Oct 07: [strike]£2,220[/strike] now 0 - 3 years of Uni debt to be added at a later datenow at Uni as a Mature student -update: now has a First Class BA!0 -
I have been studying with the OU for 3 years and always buy this card at the end of August. We only used to get the associate card which wasn't as good but now we get the same benefits with this card as full time students.
I have used my card at Matalan, Dorothy Perkins, New Look, Superdrug, HMV and cinemas but to name a few and must have saved loads!
I think its well worth it. Alot of places offer extra discounts from end of August because of the new academic year starting. Its always worth asking if places do student discounts as some don't advertise it.
in fact think I will re-new my card now!! :T0 -
