CD WOW Excellent Service

I ordered some PSP games from CD WOW recently, I received 2, but was told the 3rd would be delayed by a week. I emailed and cancelled and received a refund later that day and an apology for the original delay. I then decided I did not like one of the games and returned it. A refund was issued in less than 24 hours. Excellent service and good prices too!

I always find that stuff gets to me faster than I think it will too, considering it comes all the way from China (?). I can order on Monday and have it in my CD player by Thurs which is better than many uk shops.

And you can't beat £7 for the latest Cd when its over double that in HMV

I ordered the new Paul McCartney CD - when it hadn't been posted 2 days after release I emailed them and got a reply within 15 minutes saying it had been delayed and offering me a refund. Asked for refund and received one 10 minutes later. Superb service

I also think CD WOW Customer service is great.

I had a CD go missing in the post on its way to me one Christmas, I emailed them and they were great about it, send a replacement right away and then sent me a nice email asking that if the original turned up I returned it in the freepost packaging they provided.

The original never did appear, but I thought it was very well handled.

Definitely the best music/dvd mail order company I've ever used, can't fault them!

They are fantastic. I haven't used them in awhile (can't justify spending entire student loan on CDs) but I remember the boxes used to get broken on their way over from Hong Kong sometimes and if you clicked a little link on the web site they'd send you a new CD box (from Hertfordshire I think).

I have been having some problems with CD-wow. It doesn't give you any order info like amazon does. eg. recipient, dispatch estimate etc.

I have had a couple of things severley delayed and can't get through on the phone and my emails seem to have been ignored.

My brother ordered 2 CD's as seperate orders (He had CD Wow vouchers from Pigsback) he didn't realise til they came that he had ordered 2 the same so he emailed asking if they could change one to a different title, this was about 2 weeks ago & still no responce!

I've just emailed CD-Wow c/s a link to this thread. Nice to show companies we do appreicate getting good service and are happy to tell the thousands of people who use these boards.
