I have to agree with most posters here. CD WOW's customer services are great.

Today I ordered some cds for DD for Christmas. On chatting with her tonight, I realised that I'd ordered a cd she didn't really want and missed one she would prefer. :eek:

I emailed CD WOW asking whether they could do a swap. That was at 5:35 pm, by 8:30 pm I had an answer. They did the swap and refunded my card as the new cd was a little cheaper. And the email was really nice and friendly. Really makes me want to use them again!

I ordered 3 cds from CDE-Wow at the beginning of December. They were dispatched on 3rd December according to the website. Two have arrived but one hasn't. I sent an email to which I got no reply, so I just phoned them up, preparing for battle - as you do, and the person I spoke to just took my order details and told me another cd would be sent out! After the letter I had this morning from my bank in which they just about called me a liar, it's really lovely to have this kind of response.

Great service!

I emailed cdwow to tell them 1 of my cd,s hadnt arrived. I got an email reply from them within a couple of hours telling me they would send a replacement, and to return freepost the other one if it turned up (it didnt).

well done! a few companys in this country could learn from cdwow

Another vote of confidence for CD wow from me! I think they are fantastic!

Lots of vouchers available... Great prices... Prompt delivery.... and no problems with the customer services department if things do go wrong...

I've had orders go missing (The wonders of sharing a post box with 20 other students of which you know only the 3 others you live with grrr!! Well that's my suspicions anyway!) and CD wow have immediately sent out replacements no questions asked.... great service Ensuring that if the 'lost' copy were to turn up, it would immediately be sent back in the freepost envelope! MUCH better than BT/Royal Mail and the 6 month+ hassle I had to get £25 back after a broadband router got lost after "I" signed for it (no knowledge of that one!)

i ordered a dvd from CDWow a while back and forgot about it, about 5 days later I got a package from abroad (think it was hong kong) and was thinking where did this come from?. It was my DVD in excellent cond. £4.99 and also a card with 50p off hows that for service

Ditto the praise..... I've nothing but good things to say about CD WOW.

On the subject of the ability to track deliveries online as per other online retailers... Perhaps it is the absence of such encomberments that results in such a great service.
