I have now spoken to e2save and same response as john. They have told me to send in Septembers bill and it will be fine.I was told their system is counting it literally and including whatever month you sign up in. Seems a bit misleading really as some people might be put off sending the bill in if they are unsure which one it should be.

Why not send all 4 bills in to be safe

The reason being e2save require you to send in the bills within 1 month of date stated on bill , if I've already recieved Septembers bill then Augusts bill is outside the stated period. Hopefully the September bill by itself will suffice.

Here's 2 Freephone numbers for E2save for you

    08000 496031
    08000 496496

    :p

These numbers just put you thru to an automated helpline... you cannot actually get through to an adviser.

    Any other number?
  • 01509618500 you will get through to someone option 5 i think...they usally take 15mins to answer tho

  • E2save are brilliant. The worst amongst phone retailers has to be Onestopphoneshop. For e2save customer services call 08000 496 496 and then select option 2..that will take you to an advisor.
  • hi, can anyone help me, i have just taken out a contract trough e2save.com and i am a bit confused, the tariff i am on is the ovp vodafone anytime 200, the sales advisor told me that i will get charged for the itemised billing as the tariff is through vodafone although it is an orange sim, so i told the advisor to not give me itemised billing, i have two question:

    1) how will i send the 4th, 8th, and 12th bill back to them if i will recieve no bills.

2)will my bills be dealt with vodafone or orange, who will the bills come from,

    thanks

    1. You will get bills, they just won't list all your calls/texts
    2. the contract is with orange so the bills come from them.

Good old e2save....got my cheque from them this morning 23 days to come through so not too bad at all.
Seems like they are not deliberately trying to rip us off like at one stage I was begining to believe.
