e2save
does anybody have a telephone number for e2save. I can't find one on their site and I need to contact them.
I have a cashback deal with them and i was just looking through their FAQ to find out how to claim. I followed their guide to see how much and what bills to send and for some reason it is coming up that I need to send August's bill when my 6th Bill is september's. This is a bit worrying as it has now been more than 30 days since my august bill was sent which I believe would invalidate my claim. Is this some kins of ploy they use to try and get out of paying out??

Please let us know how you get on as I have 2 contracts with E2save and my hubbie has 1 we have only just signed up in August and have received the first bill already. We have to send in the 4th 8th and 12th bills I think it will be November March & July bills. Hope you get your pennies back and so do we. Other message boarders have given them good feedback so fingers crossed.

Exactly the same with me.
I rang this morning telling them my 6th bill is Septembers not Augusts as it stated on their site, cashback team said the problem was my purchase date 26th Mar 2005 meant activation occured couple of days from start of new month which confused matters.
They said send in Septembers bill and you will get refunded the cashback.
Fingers crossed here coz I cant afford to lose nearly 100 quid.0 -
I used e 2save last year for two contracts and in those cases it was quite clear that I needed to send the actual 3rd and 6th bill, nothing to do with which month it was.
I now have two new contracts and redemption is on month 4, 8 and 12 and in my joining pack it says that I need to send a copy of the 4th, 8th and 12th airtime bill, but this time it also requires vouchers to be attached that were included in the pack. I'm just hoping that even with the new system things will be OK, e2save have always paid me out before but they are very slow.

Soo
It does indeed state what months bills you need to send in to e2save....but if you look on the FAQ cashback on e2save site and input your order details it tells you exactly which months bills they require you to send in, in my case Aug 2005 & Feb 2006, trouble is if you go by the actual 6 & 12 months bills I received then these equate to Sept 2005 & March 2006 hence the confusion.0 -
on the back of my voucher book it states for the first cashback along with the voucher 'a copy of the 4th airtime bill issued from the date of purchase'. So it looks like each offer is different, so well worth keeping an eye on.

John-306 have you sent in the earlier bills as requested by the site ? Have you recevied payment of confirmation yet ?0 -
Aletank,
Only found about the confusion yesterday when I checked on e2save website for the address and found cashback FAQs, I rang up and they said send in Sept bill anyway it should be ok( it better be it's their fault if it aint!), registered letter sent yesterday 7th Sept 05 so I'll probably know one way or another by next month.0 -
I have now spoken to e2save and same response as john. They have told me to send in Septembers bill and it will be fine.I was told their system is counting it literally and including whatever month you sign up in. Seems a bit misleading really as some people might be put off sending the bill in if they are unsure which one it should be.0
