Zonker,
Didn't get charged a BT fee when I did mine. The guy said there was no charge for Balance Transfers. Just checked my account an no fee has been applied. My broad mind and narrow waist are slowly swapping places!!0 -
I've made five phone calls to Halifax (and spoken to Amazon twice) about the £15 Amazon voucher for making a purchase, because I have never received it.
I was finally told just now that the purchase must be made within 30 days of taking out the card. I don't recall ever reading this. Does anyone know if it's true?
Many thanks.0 -
I made the purchase yesterday, card arrived day before, when does my voucher come? Before or after the bill, if after it won't be in time for Chrimbo!0

If you phone Amazon, they should have your email address logged, and should be able to tell you when they will email it you. I think you can either go through to Halifax and be transferred (use the 0800 number on https://www.saynoto0870.com) or Amazon direct.0
